With 5 years of training experience, Angie has enjoyed the opportunity to serve a clientele base with diverse training goals. She believes variety is the spice of life! The common thread? After short term goals are achieved, long lasting results and progress are the true determinant of success. Angie has found that working with individuals both in and out of the gym, through nutrition and lifestyle coaching is key to client long term success.
Angie returns to Active & Fit after going out to gain more experience coaching in a group setting. While group fitness will always be a passion, her offerings vary by season as she is the primary caregiver to her one (soon to be two) sons. While mothering is a full-time job, she will always hold space to work with individuals who are ready to put in the work themselves!
