Chase grew up in Sun Valley, Idaho playing all types of sports from soccer to baseball, snowboarding to skateboarding and everything in between. It wasn’t until he moved to Hawaii in 2005 where he really began to develop a relationship with physical fitness.
While living in Hawaii he had the opportunity to train with UFC fighter BJ Penn at his academy learning boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He learned what it takes to train at the top level and what sacrifices people take to achieve optimal fitness.
After graduating from the University of Hawaii, with a degree in Business Administration in 2009, he moved back to Idaho to finish his degree in Exercise Science at Boise State.
His training philosophy is simple, and the workouts are complex! He will work you out from head to toe, front to back, left to right and everywhere in-between. Chase incorporates functional training with traditional weight training. He throws in some good old-fashioned bodybuilding techniques, and then tosses that around with some athletic based performance training. Every individual’s workout is different, and he makes the intensity difficult but not impossible.
