JOHN ADOLPH, NASM-CPT

John’s passion for fitness led him to quit his career as a lawyer to pursue full-time personal training in 2013. With a naturally positive and accepting personality John meets his clients where they are fitness-wise and uses science-based exercises and creativity to get the best results for everyone.
John believes that people of any age, ability, or experience can greatly improve the quality of their lives through fitness. He has experience with training clients from all backgrounds and health concerns from lumbar spine rehabilitation, obesity, weight loss surgery, mental health issues, cancer, knee and ankle injuries, and is considered a safe and accepting trainer for the LGBTQ+ community. John has trained clients of all ages including his oldest at 89.
As an Ironman triathlete, ultramarathon runner, weight lifter and rock climber, John has a variety of fitness passions and understands the value of staying strong through strength training. His education and certifications include:
